This plugin anaryzes map created by GKmeanAlgo and creates the
new files:map_28, map_28_abst in the same directory.
These files have results of this process.

Target files and the way to apply
|
Green segmented image and map(for 0,1,2)
or
Green segmented image and map_28_*, map_28_merged_source(for 3,4,5)
On the target image, click a mouse and select this plugin. Then, the
parameter window will appear.

p1[1 map set](mode): indicates type of a map set.
[1 map set]=0 only map_28 -> creates
only map_28 from a map and Green segmented image:segmented.tiff.
[1 map set]=1 map_28 and map_28_imp
-> creates map_28 & map_28_imp from a map
and Green segmented image:segmented.tiff.
[1 map set]=2 map_28 and map_28_abst(recommended)
-> creates map_28 & map_28_abst from a map
and Green segmented image:segmented.tiff.
[1 map set]=3 map_28_alt from a 28 & source
-> creates map_28_alt from map_28 & map_28_merged_source.
[1 map set]=4 map_28_alt from a 28_imp &
source -> creates map_28_alt from map_28_imp
& map_28_merged_source.
[1 map set]=5 map_28_alt from a 28_abst &
source -> creates map_28_alt from map_28_abst
& map_28_merged_source.
* [1 map set]=2 is strongly
recommended, if you are a novice.
