This plugin finds short rods from a source photo image and shows
the result in new window. Processing on a retina hinted to me a
function of this plugin. SIC use not only color source image but
texture source image to create a work. This is one of remarkable
characteristics about SIC. The result image (Red rod image) of this
plugin is used as the texture source image.

Target files and the way to apply

L*a*b* color images.
On the target image, click a mouse and select this plugin. Then, the
parameter window will appear.
